Hedges Law have branches in Wallingford and Didcot, and are soon to open a new office in central Oxford. Their core brand values are ‘approachable and professional’, and they certainly live up to them.
The Challenge
Hedges Law director Ursula Rice created a service for people who need to employ a solicitor but are on a tight budget. To keep costs down clients carry out most of the administration of their case themselves, only using Hedges’ services for the aspects of the case that require professional skills.
The Solution
Clear & Creative took a detailed brief, then wrote, designed and produced a poster and booklet to explain the service to the target audience.
The booklet was so well received that Hedges appointed us to apply the branded approach to all of their offline materials.
The Result
The service was officially launched when Ursula spoke at the Changing Practice, Changing Times conference at the University of London on 21st June 2012. Most of the 240 delegates wanted a copy of the booklet, and one senior QC said, “I can’t see how this could be improved”. Job done.
